Is this the official WhatsApp?
Yes. Subtle Assistant runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), Meta's official way for businesses to connect software to WhatsApp. We never use WhatsApp Web, QR-code scanning or modified apps.
Can my number get banned?
Tools that link WhatsApp through a QR code break WhatsApp's terms, and numbers using them often get blocked. We only use Meta's official platform, which is built for business messaging. Like every business on WhatsApp, you still need to follow WhatsApp's business policies, for example only sending offers to people who are happy to hear from you. We help you set this up the right way.
Can I keep my number and the WhatsApp Business app?
For most numbers, yes. Meta's coexistence option lets you keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone while the assistant answers on the same number. We check your number during setup. You can also connect a new number.
Who pays Meta's message charges?
Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages and bills your business directly, through your own Meta account. Under Meta's current pricing, replying to a customer within 24 hours of their message is free, while template messages you start, such as broadcasts, are charged per message. Meta sets these prices and may change them. They are not part of our plan fee.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. It replies in the language your customer writes in.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Each team member gets their own login. Chats can be assigned to the right person, anyone can take over from the assistant at any time, and internal notes stay private to your team.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no long contract. Let us know before your next billing day and we won't invoice you again.
